Licensing received a complaint on September 12, 2022, alleging a concern related to Care and Supervision.

-an adult pulled a child's arm

All areas of the complaint were fully inspected. Licensing conducted interviews and reviewed facility records.

Observation: Video evidence shows an adult holding a child's upper arm and pulling them back to the lunch table while using a loud voice.
