Comments: General sanitation is excellent. Handwashing station is equipped with soap and paper towel. Dispenser is scheduled to be serviced tonight. Quats sanitizer is at 200 ppm. Refrigerators are less than 4°C. Freezer is less than -18°C. Temperature record is maintained daily.
