· Care & Supervision
· Hygiene and Communicable Disease Control

As part of the routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The Risk Assessment includes non-compliance identified during the routine inspection and a 3 year “historical” review of the facility’s compliance and operation.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

During the inspection Licensing observed some expired health care plans in the PIC's binders. However the manager stated that the HSCL Nurse Lori Vaness had been out at the house at the beginning of the month to update them all and the facility was just waiting for a copy to be sent to them in the mail.

All the original PIC's are still residing in the facility therefore the exemption regarding double occupancy of the bedrooms in still in place.
