Corrective Action(s): Alkalinity is to be at between 80 and 120ppm Ensure this item is checked weekly to ensure compliance. Ensure adequate supply of chemicals to check these levels. . Violation Score: 3 408 - Daily pool records not maintained as outlined in Pool Regulation [s.19] Observation: Alkalinity not recorded once per week. . Corrective Action(s): Ensure Alkalinity is checked once per week. . Violation Score: 3 409 - Pool not maintained in good repair as per approved plans [s. 11(1) (b)] Observation: Wall clock is not working. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION Left stair rail is slightly loose. Flow meter is not working today. . Corrective Action(s): Check wall clock daily to ensure it is functional Tighten left stair rail. Inspect flow meter. Clean out flow meter and ensure it is functional. Flow of pool is to be inspected daily and ensure it is maintained at 32 US GPM. . Violation Score: 3 503 - Failure to provide Pool Safety Plan and/or update yearly; failure to make pool safety plan readily available [s.13] Observation: Pool Safety plan has not been updated. Previous inspection EHO provided facility with a copy of the Swimming Pool Data Sheet to fill out the necessary areas of the Pool Safety plan. These areas have not been updated. . Corrective Action(s): The facility needs to update the Pool Safety plan and ensure staff are trained to check for suction hazards by checking the flow of the pool. . Violation Score: 1

Ensure main drain of hot tub is VGB compliant. If main drain cover has been recently replaced fill out application form and provide main drain make/model/specifications for FHA review.
