Left stair rail is slightly loose.

Tighten left stair rail.
Inspect flow meter. Clean out flow meter and ensure it is functional. Flow of pool is to be inspected daily and ensure it is maintained at 32 US GPM.

Observation: Pool Safety plan has not been updated. Previous inspection EHO provided facility with a copy of the Swimming Pool Data Sheet to fill out the necessary areas of the Pool Safety plan. These areas have not been updated.

Corrective Action(s): The facility needs to update the Pool Safety plan and ensure staff are trained to check for suction hazards by checking the flow of the pool.
