Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat bandsaw observed to have built-up of food debris. Operator informed that it is sprayed down with hose using water at end of day.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitized the aforementioned equipment. Meat bandsaw must be cleaned and sanitized after each-use or every 2 hours which ever is lesser.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUATs sanitizer spray bottle available. QUATs hose is dispensing at 0ppm used to wash the meat bandsaw.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUATs sanitizer spray bottle to measure at 200ppm to ensure proper sanitization. Use QUATs spray bottles to sanitize heavy equipment (i.e.: meat bandsaw) until QUAT hose is serviced to measure at 200ppm.

QUATs spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.

Meat Processing Room:
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Chest freezers, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Display coolers measured at 4C or lower.
Frozen meat products observed to be labelled.

NOTE: Do not store deli products with raw meat products in the walk-in freezer. Re-organize walk-in freezer to prevent cross-contamination.

No signs of pest observed. Pest control company contracted.
