This was a scheduled follow-up inspection to review documentation not previously reviewed at the routine inspection, dated November 21, 2019. It was conducted in the presence of the staff nurse who did not have access to the staff files. Staff files were reviewed and found to be in compliance with the Residential Care Regulation.The contraventions noted on the routine inspection were discussed and the Manager and he was able to provide documentation to show compliance for RCR s. (3)(b) oral care plan, RCR s.81(3)(c)(i) nutrition plan, RCR s.81 (4)(b)(ii) yearly care plan review, RCR s. 87(c) food service monitoring. |
