-Water chemistry parameter were measured as follows:
T= 29C,
pH = 7.8
free chlorine = 2.4 ppm,
combined chlorine = 0 ppm
Total alkalinity = 110 ppm
Cyanuric Acid is 50 ppm. NOTE: Ensure that cyanuric acid is less than 80ppm (ideally less than 50ppm)

-Main drain (one) clearly visible, pool water clarity was satisfactory.
-Steps of the pool are clearly marked in contrasting color.
-Hand rails and step ladder is securely fixed.
-Chemicals were stored in safe manner at a locked location in their original packaging.
-Pool deck is kept clean and clear of obstruction.
-Pool deck is adequately sloped to prevent water pooling.
-Washroom facility with hot/cold running water at handsink, soap and paper towel is available.
-Showers are available for patrons use and maintianed in sanitary conditions
-Adequate signs is posted - pool rules
-Pool records are maintained as per regulatory requirements and are available for review.
-Mechanical room is well maintained; equipment and flow is labelled.
-Safety equipment is available - throw ring with rope attached and shepherd's hook on a non-conducting pole
-Flow meter is working and noted at 50 US GPM
-Structural integrity was well-maintained.
