Corrective Action(s): Repair / replace door sweeps to prevent pest entry. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations: - retail area - floor right of display freezer around pallettes - warehouse area - floor behind communications panel, along back wall under snacks / nuts shelving area, along wall / corner under diaper shelving. - dead mouse under diaper shelving Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
