Observation: Water in pool is cloudy. Pattern of the main drain can be made out but barely.
Corrective Action(s): Close the pool.
Drain the pool water, backwash to waste.
Fill with clear water and adjust chemicals. Ensure pool water stays clean and clear so that the pattern of the main drain is clearly visible.

Observation: There is 0ppm Chlorine in the pool water.
8 dippers of R-0870 added, as per FAS-DPD instructions and still no color indication that there is chlorine present.
There have been users in the pool today, just before the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Close the pool.
After pool water is refilled, ensure there is free chlorine residual minimum 0.5ppm at all times while the pool is in use.
Recommended 1-3ppm free chlorine for this pool.
Test the pool water for this parameter at least 2x daily.

Observation: All areas of the deck are wet. There is some pooling water around the drains (not properly sloped) that is not draining.
There is some dark green algae on the pool deck near the entrance/towel area.
Corrective Action(s): Dry the deck. (Immediately)
Clean and sanitize the area with algae. (Immediately)
Long term: ensure the tile is placed to allow water to drain. (6 months to 1 year)

Maintenance and General Sanitation
o Change rooms, showers and washrooms are clean and fully supplied for hand hygiene
o Facility water temperature is not above 49C
o Gate to outside and access to pool area is maintained, only registered guests allowed
o Drinking water is available near the pool

Physical Pool
o Water Temperature <30C
o Railings are secure. One side of stair (there are two along the stairs) is slightly wobbly, does not pull out.
o Depth markings are visible from the pool edge
