-Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - All coolers temperature at 4 degree C - Walk-in freezer temperature at -19 degree C - Line freezers temperature at -18degree C - Ice scoops are stored properly - Ice machine is ok, deeper well is functioning - 3 compartment are set and organized - QUATs sanitizer in third sink measured at 200 ppm ** General sanitation need improvement - deep cleaning Please send a report to the area inspector re: correction to noted issues no later then July 4-2024
