An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection, dated December 13, 15 and 16, 2022, was conducted. No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

The facility was able to implement the action plan to the identified contraventions in the recent routine inspection as discussed with the Executive Director and Director of Care. The physical facility repairs is on-going with safety plan and maintenance plan in place. The report was written and signed on site. A copy of the report was provided via email.
