Note:
1. Kitchen has not been in use; however, there are plans next year to start using the kitchen. Ensure the following is checked before using: a) cooler is maintained at 4oC or less; b) freezer is maintained at -18oC or less; c) hot and cold running water are available; d) liquid handsoap and paper towel present in dispenser at handsink; e) commercial dishwasher reaching at least 71oC on plate after cycle; f) sanitizer is present to sanitize food contact surfaces.
2. Staff indicated facility has plans to start vegetable/fruit preservation in the future. If that is being done in the kitchen that is ok. If preservation will be done in a new area please consult the undersigned for approval.
