Correction: - All handsinks must be accessible and supplied with and adequate flow of running hot (minimum 38C) and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.

*Handsink (beside staff sitting area) and handsink (front service area beside cream dispenser) have hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
Comments

- Follow-Up to Inspection Report DNGG-DBFPAT (dated 28-Nov-2024) and CORRECTION ORDER issued on 28-Nov-2024.

- Shift Supervisor stated that a plumber was on-site on 28-Nov-2024 to address and correct hot water supply issues.
- All handsinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- 3-Compartment Sink is supplied with hot and cold water.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 75.2C at dish surface. Minimum Wash and Rinse temperatures achieved on temperature gauges per unit data plate.
- CORRECTION ORDER RESCINDED.

*Violations 104 and 306 noted on Inspection Report DNGG-DBFPAT must be corrected by noted correction dates.
