Observed Violations
NUTRITION AND FOOD SERVICES: 37120 - RCR s.64(1)(a) - A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Child and Youth Residential, must ensure that (a) a morning meal is available between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection is was identified that 1 persons in care (PIC) was eating their breakfast between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. It was discussed with the Manager that a new staff was training and that staff were getting each PIC up one at a time, instead of at the same time, and this delayed the last PIC's breakfast.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a morning meal is available between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Date to be Corrected: March 15, 2018
