Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the routine inspection ( #CJOS-C29QK9) dated April 16, 2021. This inspection was conducted to assess areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection and were reviewed for compliance. Previous contraventions have been addressed appropriately and these areas are now in compliance with the Residential Care Regulation and the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
