Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility Licence.
Licensing Officers inspected the premise on September 19, 2019, and observed five children in care unrelated to the operator.
Licensing determined Elsa Koziak-McGreish was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).

The following contravention was cited:
- Community Care Assisted Living Act section 5(a) Operating or advertising without a licence

The operator is required to immediately reduce the number of children in care to no more than two children unrelated to her. The Licensing Officer will conduct a follow up inspection to confirm ongoing compliance.

On October 21, 2019, Licensing completed an unannounced follow up inspection. CCFL confirmed the unlicensed facility is operating in compliance with CCALA.
