- Hot tub water parameters in compliance: - FAC 5.6ppm (recommended 3-5ppm) - CAC 0.2ppm - pH 7.75 (must not exceed 7.8) - Total alkalinity 80ppm - Temperature 39.1C - Cyanuric acid <20ppm - Water clarity was good - Rules posted - Clock present and functional - Railings secure - Drinking water fountain present and functional - Water level adequate to allow for effective skimmer function - Hot tub basin maintained in sanitary condition. - Washrooms/changerooms maintained in sanitary condition with liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing. Hot waterat taps in changerooms maintained at <49C (women's and men's washroom/changeroom hot water taps checked and both measured 44.9C) - Pressure gauge present on filter and reading 12psi. Operator indicated filter is backwashed every 3-4 weeks - Flow meter present and functional. Flow meter read 46GPM - Records present. Testing completed in accordance with requirements (FAC, CAC, pH twice daily; Cyanuric acid and Total alkalinity weekly) - GFCI test button for underwater light present in equipment/chemical storage area. Testing to be completed monthly.
