On September 22, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding staffing and medication.

The following information was provided:
- the facility is operating without being fully staffed
- certain medication are not being double signed as required

All areas of the complaint was fully investigated. Evidence was obtained from the Licensee and reviewed.

The following contravention was determined:
