Report of Findings
On January 18, 2021, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:

- Persons in care were subject to physical and verbal abuse
- Inadequate supervision
- Call bells were not being answered by staff

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, inspections, interviews, and emails.

The following contravention was determined:

- Residential Care Regulation 81(4)(b)(i) Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay
