| Community Care Facility Licensing received a complaint on May 15, 2023 regarding Care and Supervision, and reporting. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained and reviewed through interviews, on-site inspection, and a review of documentation. Licensing confirmed that a person in care’s representative was not immediately notified of an injury. A contravention to section 76(1) of the Residential Care Regulation (Notification of illness or injury) was determined. |
