- Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at all hand washing sinks
-Ice machine is clean and ice scoop are maintained in sanitary manner
- Hot holding temp > 60 oC
- Temp of coolers and freezers are all satisfactory < 4 oC and < -18 oC
-Bleach solution in bucket for wiping rags are maintained at each prep areas >100 ppm
-High Temp dishwasher >74 oC

** General sanitation is satisfactory , better attention is required for bakery area and buckets for dry herbs in kitchen
-Good personal hygiene noted by all staff
-Log sheets are on site and up to date
** Small amount of rodent dropping still noted in some corners - not near food prep areas or clean utensils
** Fruit flies noted mostly in bakery - ensure to discuss with pest control company- pour diluted bleach solution >100 pppm
**Ensure to follow expiry date for products in coolers ( max 2-3 days for perpared PHF foods )

Note: coffee area is in operation - making fresh Juice, soft drinks and dessers with seating area

-Hand washing sink and one food prep sink is in front

** For blenders: follow full washing - rinsing- sanitizing or take it back to wash in dish washer
** Ensure to have FS trained staff on duty at coffee shop
