Owner repackages bulk candy into individual bags and sells. - No signs of pests. - All foods stored off the floor. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Non-foods (pet food, stationary, toiletries, etc.) are stored separate from food items. - Percolated coffee for sale. Public serves themselves in disposable cups.
