Follow up inspection conducted:
-Cleaning throughout kitchen is much improved
-Rodent droppings removed from underneath shelving areas that were previously mentioned
-Racks of the upright glass door cooler are now much cleaner, all the built up debris has been removed
-Floors throughout kitchen are have been mopped and are now clean/free of debris -- ensure to keep this consistently
-Ensure to have temperature log in place to ensure coolers (like your dumpling cooler) are consistently at 4 deg C or less (operator to send photo to EHO)
