Food product inventory no longer stored on the floor. All food products relocated to shelving available. Shelving units - walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and dry storage areas have all been adjusted to provide 6" clearance off the floor. Required cleaning has been completed throughout kitchen and storage areas. Ensure premise sanitation is maintained on a daily basis. Wiping rags in use throughout the premise stored in reservoirs of 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Revised Menu, Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan provided and accepted.
