Persons in care records:
- All persons in care have a tuberculosis clearance completed upon admission. The site management completes tuberculosis testing after admission as well and will complete this as required for those persons in care that require this.

Physical Plant:
- Overall the home appears to be well maintained. In the backyard, there are several tree branches which the site management is working with BC Housing to remove. In addition, the site management is in the process of working with BC Housing to have the trees in the backyard trimmed.
