Report of Findings
On February 18, 2020, Licensing received a complaint regarding staffing and care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details:
- RCAs on day shift are short staffed
- Persons in care not receiveing their scheduled baths

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through onsite inspection, interviews and review of documentation.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Residential Care Regulation s. 42(1)(a) - Staffing

Observation: Lisensing determined employees on duty are insufficient in numbers.
