Observation: Dishwasher is not currently functioning. Assistant manager indicates it has not been functioning for few months. Staff are currently using the 3 compartment sink instead
Corrective Action(s): As discussed with the operator:
-Dishwasher must be repaired or replaced. It was part of the initial plan approval for this facility. If you would like to remove the dishwasher, a new sanitation plan must be submitted for the facility and your permit will be amended to include conditions for this change.
-You are not permitted to offer any re-usable utensils/cups/dishes to customers until the dishwasher has been repaired/replaced
-Provide an update to the district EHO on the ETA of when this will be done
Provide update within 1 week of status of dishwasher replacement/repair

- Three compartment sink equipped with sink plugs
- Sanitizer pails stocked with 200 ppm QUATs
-General sanitation is satisfactory
- No sign of pests
- Staff onsite Foodsafe level 1 certified
