Report of Findings
On October 2nd, 2019, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to care and supervision and program. The allegations included the following details:

Care and Supervision:
- Approach to care has been inconsistent.

Program:
- There is no specified recreation program to participate in.

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from facility documents, person in care (PIC) documents, emails, and inspection.

The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation – Section 61 Self-monitoring of community care facility
- RCR – Section 81 (3)(d) Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay
