Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on January 30, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision, and Policies and Procedures.

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was obtained and reviewed from interviews and review of documentation.

Licensing confirmed that staff failed to follow Licensee's policies and procedures by taking photographs of persons in care and sharing them.

The following contravention to the Residential Care Regulation was determined:
-Section 85 (1)(d), Policies and Procedures.
