An action plan was submitted to Community Care Facilities Licensing regarding the outstanding items noted in the February 5, 2020 follow-up inspection.
*A performance appraisal that was not submitted was seen by the writer on-site on March 3, 2020.
*Criminal record checks through the Ministry for Public Safety and Solicitor General are in process for all volunteers.
*Immunizations for volunteers now have documentation in-place using the standardized form in the Community Care Facilities Licensing TB and Immunization Guideline for staff.
*References should be dated and noted who completed the references.
*Hot water temperature was randomly measured at two ensuite washroom sinks in the presence of the Maintenance Staff and Director of Health & Wellness and the temperature readings are acceptable and meet the Residential Care Regulation requirement.
