Report of Findings
Community Care Facility Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility License.
Licensing Officers inspected the premise on Nov. 20, 2020, and observed 3 children in care unrelated to the operator. Licensing determined Connie Chow was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).

The following contravention was cited:
- Community Care and Assisted Living Act s. 5(a) Operating or advertising without a license

The operator is required to immediately reduce the number of children in care to no more than two children unrelated to them or one sibling group. The Licensing Officer will conduct a follow-up inspection to confirm ongoing compliance.
