A pest control company is onsite regularly and the report was reviewed during the inspection. Rodent entry points were sealed during the last inspection. Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the droppings are cleaned with a bleach solution and continue with a professional pest control company. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. The bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm. Chlorine test strips were available. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review. Food is stored in pest proof containers. FoodSafe requirements met. General sanitation was satisfactory.
