Observation: Rodent droppings observed in corners and hard to reach areas in the kitchen. A pest control company is onsite regularly and the report was reviewed during the inspection. Rodent entry points were sealed during the last inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the droppings are cleaned with a bleach solution and continue with a professional pest control company.
