| On April 19, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - The person in care’s (PIC) needs for wound treatment and incontinence care were not met - Staff failed to monitor the PIC’s declining condition and provide adequate and timely medical treatment, resulting in pain and infection. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed through communications with facility management and a review of documentation.
