Routine Services: no changes since last routine. Running hot and water is available. Handwash station is fully supplied. CS20 used for HLD - solution is changed every 2 weeks. Clear separation of used and cleaned instruments. PreEmpt concentrate used for pedicure bowl. PreEmpt RTU used for hard surfaces. General sanitation is excellent. Adequate supply of single use equipment. Laundry conducted using bleach and highest heat settings for drying. No signs of pests. Reminder: any addition of new services must be reviewed and approved by an EHO before commencing.
