- Fitness Facility with Tanning. Tanning consists of two machines: A lay down tanning machine and an upright tanning machine.

Tanning:
- Client safety discussed.
- Emergency shutoff switches posted.
- UV safety goggles required for all users. Clients are required to provide own goggles.
- UV bulbs are to be kept protected at all times.
- UV Radiation Warning signs posted. Age restriction signs posted.
- Disinfection:
- Tanning bed cleaning and disinfection discussed. Quat based disinfectant. Manufacturers directions are required to be followed.
