Introduction

The purpose of this Follow-up Inspection to Routine Inspection KBEL-CUCS2Q, dated 02/AUG/2023 & 03/AUG/2023, was to assess the implementation of the Licensee's written Health & Safety Plan accepted on 02/AUG/2023 and the Compliance Plan received by CCFL on 11/AUG/2023 and accepted 14/AUG/2023. Both the Health & Safety Plan and Compliance Plan appear to be implemented as required. Additional Follow-up Inspections will occur.
