Observation: -Open can of foods noted in bar and kitchen
-Some food containers without cover- some dry goods noted in open bags
- Foods in soft packaging noted in dry storage room
Corrective Action(s): - After opening a can transfer the food to a food grade container with cover
-All foods to be fully covered ( coolers, freezers and dry storage room)- open bags of dry goods to be put in sealed bins
-Foods in soft packaging ( plastic or paper) to be kept in sealed bin due to current pest issues
