Licensing received a complaint on August 30, 2021, regarding policies & procedures.

The allegations included the following details:
- the facility was not verifying the vaccination status of visitors

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from an onsite inspection.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) s 85 (1)(a)

Observation: Licensing observed staff allow visitors into the facility without asking for proof of vaccination and/or without cross referencing a list of persons verified to be vaccinated.
