Report of Findings
Community Care Facility Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility License.
Licensing officers inspected the premise on November 4th, 2019, and observed 3 children in care unrelated to the operator.
Licensing determined Anita Madden was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA)

The following contravention was cited:
- Community Care and Assisted Living Act section 5(a) Operating or advertising without a license.

The operator is required to immediately reduce the number of children in care to no more that two children unrelated to them. The Licensing officer will conduct a follow up inspection to confirm ongoing compliance.
On November 27,2019, Licensing was on site to conduct a follow up inspection, Licensing confirmed that the care provider was now operating in compliance with the CCALA.
