Introduction

The purpose of this second Follow-up Inspection to Routine Inspection KBEL-CUCS2Q, was to assess the implementation of the Licensee's written Health & Safety Plan accepted on 02/AUG/2023 and the Compliance Plan received by CCFL on 11/AUG/2023 and accepted 14/AUG/2023.

A first Follow-up Inspection KBEL-CV6NAD, previously occurred on August 28, 2023.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

A review of 12 employee files was completed during this Follow-up Inspection and the Licensing Officer confirmed the previously accepted Compliance and Health & Safety Plan is not being implemented in full as required.

A revised Compliance Plan will be provided to CCFL to address continued non-compliance to the following:

Additional Follow-up Inspections will occur.
