Introduction

CCFL conducted an unscheduled follow up inspection. The Manager/MOC was on site at the time to discuss and review with Licensing how identified contraventions were addressed as per the above noted inspection report.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #NTJN-ATQQXG have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

It was confirmed in email correspondence that BC Housing will be installing a new kitchen, the date is still to be determined and when confirmed a Health and Safety plan will be forwarded to the area LO. Discussion was had with the Manager regarding the possibility of exemptions for the PIC that has issues with being weighed and one PIC's breakfast times.
