Report of Findings
On September 7, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns with care and supervision.

The complainant provided the following details:
- The facility does not provide hygiene supplies. Some persons in care have gone one month without a bath. Instruction given to staff to provide use of peri-spray instead of soap.

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, correspondence with the facility, and inspection.

The following contraventions were determined:

Observation: Staff failed to meet two PIC’s needs for hygiene when they did not ensure that these PICs had a bath for 2 to 4 weeks.
