Thank you to all staff for their assistance and cooperation in the completion of this follow-up inspection.
The facility was able to complete the repairs of person in care's rooms and dining rooms. The wood railings was maintained as smooth as possible to prevent possible splinters. A plan to replace the wood railing is in place. Fire extinguishers, lighting and alarm system were serviced March 7, 8 & 14, 2022. Facility was able to provide evidence of revised policies and procedures, records of menu substitution, diet and nutritional list. Criminal record check and performance review of staff in question were completed.
The licensee was able to address all contraventions identified, no further response is required.
