-Services: Hair, esthetics (threading brows, waxing, facial, blackhead removal) -Hand washing station had liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold paper towels. -Disinfectants available: gluteraldedyde 2% as high level disinfectant for metal implements barbicide available for combs germicide available as intermediate level disinfectant used for hair scissors -Decent supply of waxing applicators -Laundry done on-site for the beddings and towels (replaced after ever client) *Note: The drawers and containers for storage of hair tools, perm rollers, clippers etc appeared uncleaned (hair found). It was discussed to keep the clean equipment in a ziploc bag to prevent contamination, clean the rollers prior to putting them back into the bin, and cleaning drawers routinely.
