Observation: -Glass washer iodine tested twice and it was low even by changing the sanitizer bucket
Correction: -Repair to provide 12.5 to 25 ppm
-Sanitize all glasses by soaking in sanitizer for 2 minute

Observation: -The only hand washing sink in the back kitchen was blocked by large pots and some utensils were stored inside at time of visit - violation ticket will be on hold
-Staff washroom: no liquid soap provided at the handwash sink (soap in dispenser was dry and crusty??
- No paper towel and liquid soap at hand wash sink in bar area
Correction: -Hand washing sink must be accessible at all time and no utensil washing in the sink
-Provide paper towel and liquid soap in dispenser at all hand washing sink and ensure to resupply once it is low

-Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory
-Hot holding units and rice warmers are temp>60 oC
-Ice machine is ok, Ice scoop are stored properly
-Bleach solution >100 ppm
-Dishwasher temp 75 oC at plate
-Glass washer iodine >12.5 ppm

-Last report of pest control conducted on April 10 is reviewed- keep the pest control service as instructed and increase if condition requires it
*** General sanitation is better then last time however due to current ongoing pest (rodent and cockroaches) more and deep frequent cleaning is required .
