On July 13, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision and general health and hygiene. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through review of documentation and communications with the facility management. Observation: It was determined that staff failed to ensure that the PIC was provided meals in a dining room. Staff also did not obtain written orders from a medical/nurse practitioner or dietitian to provide the PIC ongoing tray service Corrective action: Corrective action required. |
