As part of the routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The Risk Assessment includes non-compliance identified during the routine inspection and a 3 year “historical” review of the facility’s compliance and operation.

Comments

During the inspection it was noted that the flooring in a currently empty bedroom and bathroom was in need of replacement. Approval was already in place for the replacement of the bedroom flooring, the manager spoke with her head office and arranged approval for the bathroom as well while the LO was in attendance.

Staffing files are not kept on site, the manager will arrange for these to be delivered from the head office so the LO can come back to the facility to review them at a later date.

Due to technical difficulties electronic signatures were not available for the inspection report. The printed report was signed by the LO and manager instead.
