Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection to the routine inspection report # CRAU-CX7V5J completed with the Manager and Licensee Contact.

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU-CX7V5J have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

Physical Facility:

* The Manager has had discussions with the maintenance staff around long term solutions to addressing such things as scuff marks on the walls. The Licensing Officer was advised touch up painting takes place to address the scuff marks. When responding to this follow-up inspection report, please provide an update on how this matter will be addressed long term in terms of on-going maintenance.

Care plans:

* A new staff member will be starting and the nutrition care plans will be reviewed and dates updated. The nutrition care plan reviewed at the time of the inspection has a date from January 2023 noted and therefore needs to be followed-up. When responding to this follow-up inspection report an update will be provided as to when this item will be addressed by.

Staffing:

* The spreadsheet/staff checklist will have a section for educational credentials upon hire (e.g., diplomas, certificates, etc) added. At the time of the inspection the Licensing Officer was advised this will be addressed by February 2, 2024.
