Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on August 29th, 2019, regarding staffing, hygiene, and care & supervision. The complainant provided the following details:
- inadequate number of staff to provide care
- a care plan was not followed

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews and records.

Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Residential Care Regulation Section 82 – Implementation of care plans
