CCALA Section 5 - Licensing: The operator admitted in an interview to caring for more than two children who were not related by blood of marriage.

Conclusion and Recommendations:
After a meeting with the operator it was determined that the operator has been providing care in contravention of Section 5 of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act. Providing care for too many children while being unlicensed to provide that care.

Further follow-up inspections will be completed to ensure operator remains in compliance with the CCALA.
